Strawberry Poke Cake

 

While this is certainly one of our prettiest poke cakes, easy to make, look stunning, and taste delicious.

How To Make Strawberry Poke Cake ?

 

Ingredients:

One package white cake.

One package strawberry jello.

Two eggs.

one cup of water .

Two tbsp vegetable oil.

Frozen strawberries [sliced].

Frozen whipped topping.

Instructions:

STEP 1 – Beat the cake mix, eggs, sugar, and vegetable oil using an electric mixer, for 2-3 min.

STEP 2 – Pour batter into two prepared pans. Heat oven to 350 degrees F, and bake for 30-40 min.

STEP 3 – Let them cool, before you remove from pans.

STEP 4 – Pierce cakes with a meat fork. Drain juice from strawberries and add water to measure 2 cups. Stir in strawberry jello and chill for 30 min.

Step 5 – Spoon over each cake layer and serve.
