How To Make Slow Cooker Barbeque Beef Ribs?
The quick slow cooker barbecue ribs wonderfully melt in your mouth! It’s my famous recipe for all the family gatherings.
You will just mix all the ingredients together, and the slow cooker will do all the jobs!
800g beef back ribs
A cup full of water
A cup full of ketchup
1 small can of tomato paste
1/2 cup of brown sugar
1/2 cup of vinegar
2 tbsp of prepared mustard
1 tbsp of sea salt
I sprinkled with a cooking spray in a slow 6-quarter cooker.
I removed the inner skin of the ribs and brought ribs into the slow cooker.
I mixed all the other ingredients in a large bowl, stirring continuously till the sugar is completely dissolved.
Then I spread the 3/4 of the sauce over the ribs, and I seasoned with plenty of salt and ground black pepper, and I covered with a lid and cooked it for 7 to 9 hours on low, or 4 to 5 hours on high.
When the ribs are tender and falling apart, I removed the slow cooker from heat.
I served the ribs immediately with the remaining sauce, and some cooked rice if desired!
