HOW TO MAKE MANDARIN ORANGE PINEAPPLE CAKE?
Mandarin Orange-pineapple Cake is so light and refreshing, it’s so easy to make and the frosting is much lighter than the typical frosting. I don’t particularly like traditional pineapple cake frosting, but this one is totally different, it gives the cake an incredible taste!
4 large eggs.
1 box Butter Cake mix.
1 large can of mandarin oranges.
1/2 cup vegetable oil.
1/2 cup sugar.
FOR THE ICING:
1 large tub of Cool Whip
1 small box of instant vanilla pudding mix
1 can crushed pineapple.
I preheated the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. S 2- I combined the cake mix, with oil, sugar, oranges, and eggs.
I beat using an electric mixer, for 3 minutes at medium speed.
I baked in 3 greased and floured pans, covered by a wax pepper, at 350 degrees for around 25 minutes or until the middle of the cake bounces back when touched.
For 10 minutes, I let the cakes cool in the pans. I removed from the pans and let them cool on the cooling racks.
How I made the icing!
I drained the pineapple juice and set it aside.
I combined the pineapple and instant vanilla pudding together In a large bowl, I added the Whip cream in, and I spread the icing over the cooled cake.
I put the cake in the fridge overnight, the next day it will be great, I’ll serve with orange juice.
I HOPE TO ENJOY YOUR DAY MAKING THIS DELICIOUS CAKE, IT DESERVES A QUICK TRY!
