MAGICAL CUSTARD CAKE

HOW TO MAKE CUSTARD CAKE?

This is an incredibly original cake. A magic custard cake starts with a simple cake batter and magically turns it into a magical cake with a custard crust. This cake is for you whether you want some kind of custard or flan!!!!

This magical custard cake is a delectable treat that takes me back to my childhood. This was something my mother used to make very regularly, particularly during the summer. After quite a long time, it was a joy to recreate this cake.

This Magic Custard Cake, also known as “smart cake,” is simple to make and bakes into three layers. On top, there’s a spongy layer, a custard layer in the center, and a thick layer at the bottom. This cake is made much more delicate with the addition of lemon zest, and it can be an impressive and elegant dessert for every reason.

This easy cake can be decorated with cookies, citrus fruits, berries, or other favorite fruits.

YOU’LL NEED 7 SIMPLE INGREDIENTS:

4 Medium Eggs at room temperature, I separated the whites from yolks.

8 large spoons.Of melted Butter.

Vanilla extract; I just used a small spoon.

2 Cups.Of Milk lukewarm.

¾ Cup.Of Sugar.

¾ Cup.Of cake flour.

And I used powdered sugar, for dusting the cake.

INSTRUCTIONS:

Step 1:

Set the oven at 325 degrees Fahrenheit and grease and line an 8-inch x 8-inch baking dish with parchment paper to start the preparation.

Step 2:

After separating the eggs, you need to place the egg whites in a mixer and whisk until stiff. Separate the egg whites in a separate dish.

Step 3:

Make sure the egg yolks and sugar are light and fluffy.

Step 4:

After that, beat for 120 seconds with butter and vanilla. Start slowly adding the flour and mixing it in until it is thoroughly incorporated.

Step 5:

Next, add in the milk and begin to beat until it is thoroughly blended.

Step 6:

Add the egg whites a third at a time until it has been thoroughly combined.

Step 7:

Fold the egg whites in carefully with a spatula, then repeat until all of the egg whites are folded in.

Step 8:

Pour the batter into the baking dish and bake for 1 hour, or until golden brown on top. Finally, allow cooling fully before dusting with powdered sugar.
