HOW TO MAKE CUSTARD PIE?

Custard pie is a traditional southern treat that has been prepared for about 200 years. This pie is creamy, creamy, and ridiculously rich, with eggs and milk as the key ingredients for the custard filling – and nutmeg scattered on top. It’s such a success for family gatherings!

INGREDIENTS NEEDED FOR THIS CUSTARD PIE:

An unbaked pie shell, medium-sized.

3 Cups.Of almond milk. T

3 large eggs.

1/2 Cup.Of granulated sugar.

1 small spoon.Of pure vanilla extract.

1/2 small spoon.Of kosher salt.

Ground nutmeg; I used half of a small spoon.

Step 1:

I prepared the oven at 350 degrees Fahrenheit before starting the preparation.

Step 2:

After that, I whisked the eggs slightly before adding the white sugar, salt, nutmeg, and almond milk.

Step 3:

Once all ingredients were combined, I poured the mixture over the pie shell after whisking thoroughly.

Step 4:

Then, I switched the temperature of my oven to 400°F and baked it for forty minutes.

Step 5:

When it baked, I removed the pan from the oven and set it aside to cool.

Step 6:

For serving, I sprinkled fresh ground nutmeg on the top of the cooled pastry.

Step 7:

And it was better when I Enjoyed it while it was still warm!!
