Cucumber Salad is a wonderful summery mix of cucumbers and other ingredients you could incorporate. For a dressing, you can use sour cream or mayo, but for the healthiest version, I only use greek yogurt!! It’s all seasonings and a sprinkle of salt!
Cucumber Salad, though tasty, can last many days when held cold and covered. It’s better while it’s fresh, but it can be refreshed quickly. Try incorporating any more crunchy cucumbers or some crunchy veggie! or even some sliced white onions!.
TO MAKE THIS CUCUMBER SALAD YOU’LL NEED 5 SIMPLE INGREDIENTS:
3 medium cucumbers, you need to slice them into fine slices.
1/3 Cup. Of Greek yogurt, about 90 ml.
Juice of a large lemon.
1 Large spoon.Of dill.
Seasonings, to taste.
TO MAKE IT FOLLOW THE DIRECTIONS BELOW:
Initially, I mixed the slices of cucumbers and onion together in a large, open bowl.
After that, I incorporated the milk with the juice of a large lemon, and dill in a medium bowl, and I mixed it all together.
Then, to season my mixture, I used ground black pepper and sea salt, you can add more seasoning; cayenne pepper…. Etc.
At this point, over the cucumbers and onions, I poured the vinaigrette and mixed well to coat all slices.
Finally, If it’s required, I added some dill to the finished bowl, my husband prefers this salad with more dill.
Note: Although scraping out the seeds of the cucumbers is optional, it will prevent the salad from being watery. By using smaller cucumbers, they don’t need to be scrapped.
