Cream Puffs

  • In a saucepan get to a boil :

1 stick butter

1 cup of water

1 small spoon vanilla

1 cup flour

Stir permanently until forms a ball and remove / cool. whisk in 4 eggs, until soft.

Drop by spoon and up parchment-lined cookie paper and bake at 300 degrees for 41 min and allow cool.

Cut it in half and place it in the filling. After that, we pour it in melted chocolate.

  • Easy Pastry Cream Filling :

1-pint heavy cream

1 pack instant vanilla pudding

1/3 cup milk

Beat these ingredients until creamy

Melted Chocolate Glaze for the Tops

4 ounces butter

8 ounces of chocolate chips

3 small spoon corn syrup

Melt butter and chocolate until smooth, we stir it into the corn syrup.

Allow sitting some min to thicken and cool. Finally, cast over the puffs.
