Banana Cream Cheesecake it’s a delicious and wonderful taste for summer desalination.
I recommend you to try it.
1/4 cup butter, melted
2/3 cup sugar
19 nilla wafers
23 OZ cream cheese
2 Tbsp cornstarch
2 cups mashed bananas
1 cup whipping cream
2 small spoon vanilla
We break the wafers in a blender while adding melted butter. Mix it and put it in the refrigerator.
In a large bowl, beat cream cheese with electric mixer creamy. With the addition of sugar/cornstarch. Until mixes well.
Add eggs; whisk in bananas, vanilla, and whipping cream.
Pour cream cheese mixture into prepared pan. Place pan on cookie slab and bake 13 minutes. Reduce oven temperature to 117° keeps baking 70 min.
Leave it cool totally on a wire rack before removing the edge of the pan. Allow it cool for more than 4 hours.
